HESLB na NIDA Kushirikiana Kuwatambua Waombaji Mikopo Kupitia NIN

Akiongea kwenye kikao hicho, Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa HESLB Dkt. Bill Kiwia, ameweka wazi kuwa namba ya utambulisho wa taifa itakuwa ni ya lazima katika kuomba mkopo kwa mwaka ujao wa masomo. “Tunatarajia kufungua dirisha la maombi ya mkopo mwezi Juni, 2025… kwa mwaka wa masomo wa 2025/2026 … namba ya utambulisho wa taifa itakuwa hitaji la lazima katika kujaza fomu za maombi ya mkopo, hivyo waombaji wote wanapaswa kuwa na namba hii wakati wa kujaza maombi yao ya mkopo”, amesema Dkt. Kiwia.

Kwa upande wake Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa NIDA, Bw. James Kaji, amesema kuwa NIDA wapo tayari kuwahudumia wanafunzi wote wanaotarajia kujiunga na vyuo vikuu na kuomba mikopo kutoka HESLB kwa kuwapatia namba za utambulisho kwa wakati na hivyo wanafunzi wanapaswa kufika kwenye ofisi za NIDA mapema ili kupatiwa namba za utambulisho. “NIDA ni maisha, kwa sasa … NIDA inaendelea kutekeleza maelekezo ya Mhe. Rais Dkt. Samia Suluhu Hassan kuhakikisha mifumo yote ya serikali inasomana… tunawasisitiza waombaji wote wa mikopo ya elimu ya juu kuhakikisha wanafika mapema NIDA ili kupata namba ya utambulisho wa taifa”, ameeleza Bw. Kaji.

SIMPLE WAYS YOU CAN USE ICT TOOLS TO LEARN ENGLISH LANGUAGE

You can use ICT tools like a computer, smartphone or tablet to learn English in the following way:

(a) Language learning apps: Apps like Duolingo,Babbel and Rosetta stone offer structured lesson in vocabulary, grammar and punctuation. You can also practice daily quizzes and interactive challenges to improve their language skills.

(b) Watching videos. Watch English language videos on Youtube on educational platforms such as BBC Learning English and TED talks.

(c) Reading articles and e-books. Read English newspapers (e.g The Daily News, and the Guardian) or blogs to enhance vocabulary and understanding of sentence structures. Use of e-books to explore diverse topics while practicing reading

(d) Online courses. Enroll in courses on platiforms like coursera, EdX, or Udemy that teach English grammar, writing or speaking skills. Also, follow structured syllabi and engage in assignments orpractical learning.

(e) Grammar and writing tools: Use tools like grammarly or Hemingway Editor to write essays, emails or stories and receive instant feedback on grammar and style. Practice editing and revising sentences for better writing skills.

(f) Listening to podcasts:Tune in podcasts like "The English We speak" or "ESL Pod" to enhace listening skills and learn conversational phrases. Also, rewind and replay parts to focus on pronunciation and intonation.
